If you have been wandering round Worcester city centre on a warm afternoon and fancied something cold and proper, you are in the right place. We are 4 Seasons Juice & Ice Cream on Silver Street, just off the Cornmarket, and ice cream is one of the things we get asked about most. So here is an honest run through of what we scoop, how the sizes work, and the best way to enjoy it whether you are sitting in or carrying on with your day.
We keep things simple but cover the flavours people actually want. You can have vanilla, chocolate or strawberry if you like a classic, pista for something a bit nuttier, or cookies and cream when you want a bit of crunch in every spoonful. There is mango for a fruity hit and a fruit cocktail scoop if you cannot quite decide. All of it is served by the scoop, so you build the order you fancy rather than picking from set tubs.
Scoop sizes and how to order
Ordering is easy. Choose one scoop if you just want a quick treat, or stack two or three if you are settling in for a proper afternoon. Mixing flavours is more than welcome, and plenty of people pair something rich like chocolate or cookies and cream with a lighter mango or strawberry. If you are with little ones, a single scoop of vanilla or strawberry usually does the trick without too much mess.
The special sundae and what to pair it with
When one or two scoops is not quite enough, the special sundae is the one to go for. It is our bigger, more generous option and a nice thing to share across a table, or to treat yourself with after a day of shopping in town. If you want to round out a visit, we also do milkshakes, from classic chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and banana through to premium Oreo, Lotus Biscoff, Ferrero Rocher and Nutella, plus freakshakes in Chocolate, Oreo and Lotus. And our bubble waffles, including Mr. Oreo, Strawberry Queen, Banana and Nuts, Belgian Chocolate, Snickers and Kitkat, go beautifully alongside a scoop.
